We offer individual weekly & bimonthly sessions as well as coaching intensives.
What Is a Coaching Intensive?
A coaching intensive is dedicated time set aside just for you—a focused, intentional block of support designed to help you move through what’s been weighing on your heart and mind.
Instead of spreading things out over once-a-week sessions, an intensive gives you several hours (or even a full day) to dive deeply into the patterns, transitions, or relational challenges you’re ready to shift.
This “spacious” time allows you to explore emotional material and insights without rushing, so you can experience clarity, relief, and direction more quickly.
Coaching intensives are especially helpful if you:
-
Are navigating a major life transition—career changes, relationship shifts, identity exploration, grief
-
Have specific issues you want to address in a focused way (self-work, relationship patterns, decision-making, or cycles you’re ready to break)
-
Don’t have the capacity for weekly therapy or coaching, but still want meaningful progress in a shorter period of time
After your intensive, you’ll receive personalized guidance or an integration session to help you bring what you’ve discovered back into your everyday life with confidence and ease.
Intensives vs. Weekly Sessions
Time Efficiency
If your schedule is packed or unpredictable, an intensive offers the chance to do substantial work in just one or two sessions—without needing a weekly commitment.
Deep Work
Longer sessions mean you can access deeper emotional or relational layers that often feel rushed in traditional one-hour appointments.
Momentum
Focused time creates powerful momentum. Instead of losing ground between weekly sessions, you stay immersed in the work long enough to create real traction.
Clarity & Decision-Making
For big decisions or life changes, an intensive provides dedicated space to sift through fears, desires, and next steps so you can move forward with clarity.
A Reset
If you’ve been feeling stuck—personally, emotionally, or in your relationships—an intensive can serve as a reset, helping you get back into alignment with yourself.
How Coaching Intensives Work
1. Consultation / Intake
We begin with a conversation to understand what you’re experiencing, what you want to focus on, and whether an intensive is the best fit for your needs.
2. Pre-Intensive Planning
You may complete a few reflections or questionnaires so I can tailor the experience specifically to your goals, patterns, and emotional landscape.
3. The Intensive Session(s)
We spend several hours (or a half or full day) working deeply on the areas that matter most to you—whether that’s clarity around a decision, healing a relational dynamic, unpacking a transition, or reconnecting with parts of yourself that need attention.
4. Integration
After the intensive, I help you ground what came up and translate it into practical next steps so you can integrate the insights into your daily life.
5. Ongoing Support (Optional)
You can continue with traditional sessions, schedule periodic intensives, or simply use the tools you gained—whatever supports your life and your pace.
“I Need Help, but I Don’t Have Time
}for a Weekly Commitment.”
A coaching intensive might be exactly what you need.
Flexibility
You receive meaningful support without committing to weekly sessions.
High-Leverage Work
You invest your time and energy all at once—and often experience quicker breakthroughs or clarity as a result.
Focused Support
When you’re moving through a big life change, sometimes a deep, concentrated session is far more impactful than hour-by-hour check-ins.
Sustainable Change
Extended time together allows for deeper insight and emotional processing, which can lead to more lasting transformation—not just short-term relief.
