My story
Here’s the thing — healing is hard, staying stuck is even harder.
As a therapist and coach, staying stuck was never an option for me. So when I found myself drained, overwhelmed, and surrounded by one-sided relationships, I knew something had to change.
I spent the last couple of years doing a deep dive into my own patterns — how I gave so much to my personal relationships and left nothing for myself. I realized I’d been taught to be a giver…and I’d built my world around takers. No wonder I felt empty.
Through this messy, eye-opening process, I found my way back to myself — with help, healing, and a lot of hard truths. And now, I want to help other women do the same. To stop settling. To start choosing themselves. To build relationships that give as much as they take.
If you’re feeling stuck or unseen — I get it. You’re not alone, and you don’t have to do this by yourself.
When you're ready, I’m here.
Let’s grow through this together.
