I work with professional women navigating life transitions. For over 15 years, I have been coaching clients through various pivotal experiences that tend to take years to move through, including divorce, career changes, loss of a loved one, and navigating the "empty nest" challenges that occur when their kiddos leave or graduate.
In my experience, women either shine with the brilliant rediscovery of themselves or struggle for years to move through these transitions. They either turn their situation on its head to propel forward into a new, thriving life, or they fall into the cyclical loop of trying to make sense of their circumstances that are beyond their control.
I utilize the 15 years of professional observations to coach through a process that helps women speed through these challenges without getting stuck in this loop as they navigate through them. Watching women thrive through not so easy circumstances to creating their best chapter yet is a gift!
