Throughout my career of supporting women through life transitions, I have uncovered similar patterns and habits that keep them bound in a cyclical trap they can’t get out of.
I created the CONNECTEDNESS PROGRAM to utilize the 15 years of professional observations to create a process that helps women speed through these changes without getting stuck in this loop as they navigate through them. It has been a gift to watch how quickly my clients are changing in this program. Their not so easy circumstances are becoming the best chapter they have ever thrived though, in just a few months.
who I Coach
I work with professional women navigating life transitions. For over 15 years, I have been coaching clients through various pivotal experiences that tend to take years to move through, including divorce, career changes, loss of a loved one, and navigating the "empty nest" changes that occur when their kiddos leave.
In my experience, women either shine with the brilliant rediscovery of themselves or struggle for years to move through these challenges. They either turn their situation on its head to propel forward into a new, thriving life, or they fall into the cyclical loop of trying to make sense of circumstances that are beyond their control.
My passion in working with professional women is they are dedicated and focused on growth in all areas of their life. They work hard, they struggle hard, and when they come out of something challenging, they shine with a new clarity and resilience that radiates in all areas of their life. They don’t settle for being stuck.
I love the opportunity to give them choices and hope, to thrive with these changes that have been thrown at them. To have the tools and support they need to turn each life transition into their greatest chapter yet. Without years of struggling through the past to do it.

I am passionate about coaching women because...
...my favorite part of coaching is watching women grow through hard challenges that were intended to hold them back -- BUT they were stronger than they knew.
Watching a woman struggle with her emotions, circumstances, and/or relationships is challenging. Not because they’re going through it, but because they lack support, hope, encouragement, and tools they need to come out on top. I guarantee you once they have people to connect with to support them through these experiences, they blossom.
