Coaching Women
in Relationships
Connect with Yourself Before You Connect with Others
Throughout my career of supporting women in relationships,
I have uncovered similar patterns and habits that
keep them bound in a cyclical trap they can’t escape.
I created the Connectedness Programs for women in relationships. With over 15 years of experience, I’ve developed a process that helps you navigate and enhance relationship dynamics with clarity, confidence, and less struggle. It’s been a gift to witness how quickly clients shift—the relationship with yourself and others in your life that once felt like a struggle or lonely become meaningful and fulfilling.
Who I Coach
I work with women in relationship with themselves and others. For over 15 years, I’ve supported clients through major turning points—moments like redefining relationships, going through divorce, changing careers, grieving a loss, or adjusting to an empty nest when the kids move out.
What I’ve seen time and again is that during these seasons of change, the relationship with themselves and the people around them shift. People either rediscover themselves in amazing ways or spend years feeling stuck understanding who they were not who they are now and in relationships we wish could be more fulfilling and meaningful. My work with clients is about reconnecting with yourself and who you are NOW—so you can live an authentic life and surround yourself with relationships that feel aligned, meaningful, and fulfilling.
I love working with adults who are ready to grow, even when it’s hard. They show up, they dig deep, and they come out stronger and more confident, with a renewed sense of clarity and resilience that touches every area of their life. They don’t settle for being stuck, and neither do I.
I’d love to learn more about you and what lead you to this site. Let’s start the conversation.
I am passionate about coaching women in
relationship with themselves and others.
My greatest passion in coaching is supporting women as they reconnect with their authentic selves—especially when past identities, expectations, or societal roles stand in the way of living fulfilling, meaningful lives. Watching women struggle isn’t difficult because of their challenges, but because so many lack the support, encouragement, and tools needed to grow beyond the facade. When women are surrounded by genuine connection and empowering relationships, they gain the confidence to step fully into who they are—and they truly begin to flourish.
